Sunday 1st DAY: Transfer from the airport "G. Galilei" of Pisa to the hotel cocktail of welcome and accommodation in the rooms

Monday 2nd DAY: Breakfast at 08.00 A.M.
H 09.30 A.M. Transfer to the agricultuaral farm for the first kitchen lesson (discovery of the tuscany savours)
H 12.30 Lunch after the lesson
H 15.30 Re-enter in the hotel and free afternoon
H 20.00/20.30 Supper at the restaurant.

Tuesday 3th DAY: H 08.00 Breakfast
H 09.30 Transfer for the secon lesson of kitchen (the meat in mediterranean style)
H 12.30 Lunch after the lesson
H 14.30 Visit wine cellars with wine tasting.

Wednesday 4th DAY: H 08.00 Breakfast
H 09.30 Departure for the Siena tour. Visit of Pienza with typical cheeses tasting. Visit TO A farm Ñ producer of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino
Lunch in Montalcino
In the afternoon transfer from Montalcino to Siena
Visit of Siena and supper in a typical restaurant.
Re-enter in hotel.

Thursday 5th DAY: H 08.00 Breakfast
H 09.30 Transfer for the third lesson of kitchen"the fishÉ in a fantasy way"
H 12.30 Lunch after the lesson
H 15.30 Departure for San Gimignano : visit of the city and of one Vernaccia farm.

Re-enter in hotel and supper in the hotel.

Friday 6th DAY: H 08.00 Breakfast
H 09.30 Transfer the last lesson "the great plates with porcini mushrooms and truffle"
H 12.30 Lunch with coupling food Ñ wine introduced from a somelier
H 15.30 Visit to Chianti Museum.
Re-enter in hotel
H 20.00 Ending supper and conclusion.

Saturday 7th DAY: H 8.00 Breakfast
Transfer to the airport "G.Galilei" Pisa.
