"I Rossi di Toscana" Tour will give you the opportunity of plunging into the magic atmosphere of the Tuscan landscapes, through an itinerary which starts from the southern districts of Siena — a region of which is renowned for wines such as the "Brunello" and "Nobile" vintages, as well as being famous for the Pienza cheeses — and proceeds on to Siena and the Chianti region in search for the old flavours and tastes of Tuscany.

The tour is effective from April to November. Transportation is not included.

1st DAY - Montepulciano: Arrival in Montepulciano, a village which recalls Renaissance architecture.
Visit to the village, a tasting of the Nobile wines of Montepulciano at the Avignonesi wine-cellar.
Dinner and stay in a charming tuscan farmhouse.

2nd DAY - Pienza: After a country breakfast, a visit to the village of Pienza and a tasting of delicious local "Pecorino" cheeses.
Afternoon: Visit of the old historical Redi wine-cellar and wine tastings. Dinner at the farmhouse with typical local Tuscan cuisine.

3rd DAY - Spedaletto, Bagno Vignoni, S. Quirico, Montalcino, S. Antimo: After breakfast depart for Spedaletto, a visit to the Church of S. Noccolò in Spedaletto.
After lunch a relaxing bath in the thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni; then proceeding to Montalcino through the village of S. Quirico you will visit the village of Montalcino and attend a wine tasting of the Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino wines at the Barbi wine-cellar.

Upon returning to Montepulciano you will stop and visit the famous Abbey of S. Antimo. Dinner and stay will be at the farmhouse.

4th DAY - Abbey of Monte Uliveto Maggiore, Siena: After breakfast at the farmhouse you will depart from Montepulciano to visit the Abbey of Monte Uliveto Maggiore after which a light refreshment will be provided.
Arrival in Siena in the afternoon. Visit to the historic center of the city and dinner in a typical Senese restaurant after which you will spend the night in a hotel located in the centre of Siena.

5th DAY - Through the Chianti routes: Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for a drive through one of the most scenic routes of Toscany which will bring you to the Brolio Castle, historical residence of the Barone Ricasoli, where you will visit his old cellars and taste some of his most famous wines.
Lunch in a typical tavern of the area and return to Siena at the hotel.
You are free for the evening to explore the many options for dinner in Siena as well as the beautiful sights and sounds of the old city.

6th DAY Siena: Breakfast in the hotel and departure.
